Data we process

We process your account email, pet photos and other reference uploads, selected actions, user-written corrections, order and payment status, generated files, delivery records and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers collect payment credentials directly; we receive the transaction identifiers and status needed to reconcile your order.

Purposes and recipients

We use this information to create and deliver your pet, save interrupted work, investigate reported policy violations, prevent abuse and provide support. Generation inputs are processed through APImart and the applicable model providers identified in our model disclosure. Infrastructure, email and payment providers receive information needed for their respective services.

We do not send your uploads or generated files to a separate content-moderation provider. Third-party processing needed for generation and delivery remains subject to the applicable provider terms; we do not claim that every provider offers zero retention or a universal no-training guarantee. Our proprietary generation templates remain server-side.

Training and publicity

Cheriby does not use your uploads, prompts or generated files to train its own AI models, and does not sell your personal information. Third-party processing remains subject to the applicable provider terms. Your paid creations are not automatically published as marketing examples. Public showcases use a separate consent and publication process.

Storage and retention

Uploads, generated files and order records are retained to provide delivery, account access, recovery, support and fraud prevention. Retention depends on the order state, recovery needs and applicable record-keeping requirements; files are not automatically erased immediately after generation.

Historical automated review records and records of policy investigations may be retained for support, recovery or an appeal. Relevant original account files may remain available for a necessary investigation or support request.

When you request deletion, we assess the account files, historical review records, backups and any legal record-keeping duties. Where deletion must be delayed or some records must be retained, we explain the applicable limitation.

Security and international processing

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards and provider arrangements govern those transfers.

Your choices and rights

Contact support@cheriby.com from your account email to request access, correction, an export or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Include an order reference where relevant and never send payment credentials.

You may ask us to remove a public showcase or withdraw showcase consent. This does not itself erase records needed to fulfil or support an existing order.
